Our space accommodates up to 25 guests. While that’s the maximum, many find that smaller groups create the most intimate and memorable experience.

Our primary focus is providing a beautiful, relaxing, and highly photographic space for brides to get ready for their special day. Beyond that, Venue 1880 is perfect for intimate gatherings and creative projects, including: • Intimate Bridal Showers • Baby Showers • Photo Session Rentals • Content Creation & Brand Shoots We also welcome micro-events, such as: • Vendor meeting space • Sip & See parties • Milestones (think 30th, 50th, etc.—please note, our space is not designed for children’s parties) • Retirement or promotion celebrations • Intimate cocktail parties • Pop-up events or boutique showcases • Seasonal set rentals If you are interested in a micro-event please fill out the contact page and tell us more about your event.

Our space was thoughtfully designed to balance beauty and function, with an emphasis on creating stunning imagery and a relaxed atmosphere. While we’ve converted the photo studio to include a cozy kitchenette stocked with vintage mismatched china, gold flatware, a fridge, microwave, and comfortable seating (table for 6, 4 ottomans, a 3-seater couch, 2 makeup chairs, and 2 swivel chairs), the layout is not intended for formal, sit-down meals. Instead, Venue 1880 is best suited for events where guests can mingle, enjoy handheld bites, and move freely throughout the space. This is why we specialize in bridal getting-ready experiences—it’s the perfect fit. Micro-events that allow for grazing, conversation, and photos also work beautifully here.

Public parking is conveniently located adjacent to the building, with additional parking available behind the buildings across the street. Short-term (2-hour) parking is also available directly in front of the venue and across the street. For accessibility, our venue includes a ramp behind the building and a fully ADA-compliant restroom, making the space fully wheelchair accessible.

No, we are not all-inclusive. Venue 1880 is a rental space with thoughtfully curated amenities, including: • 1 Table with 6 dining chairs • Vintage mix watched china, gold flatware, glasses, serving boards, and vases • Refrigerator and microwave • Makeup chairs • Comfortable lounge seating (4 ottomans and a 3 seater couch)

Venue 1880 already provides a beautifully curated backdrop, along with a kitchenette stocked with mismatched white and gold china, glassware, gold silverware, charcuterie boards, and a variety of elegant vases for your use. Because the space is thoughtfully designed with timeless elegance, most guests find it needs very little added décor.
